So we’re finally back online in a limited sense. You see, some months back I decided to slowly migrate my site to a new host and somehow managed to blow it up in the process. Not “blow it up” as in get it widely seen and very popular. “Blow it up” as in I destroyed the website. I used a script from the host provider that removed the database on the backend and the site as we knew it went bye-bye. Not exactly what I had in mind, but it made me commit to renewing the website on the new host.
For the record, nuking your website RIGHT BEFORE Christmas is not a very profitable idea if you intend to sell anything. So we rushed to get the bare minimal aspects of the website functioning–galleries and store. We had about half a week to learn WordPress, WooCommerce, and take product photography shots of everything. Yeah, not pretty. But we got the basics up and tested and it actually worked. NOW, we begin the process of refining it and making it what we want. So please excuse the construction mess while we break things and move them around. Thank you for your patience!
